  If you looking for help in the floral department, forget it. We waited 40 minutes for someone to air up 2 balloons, and nobody came. Poor customer service.

  Not a lot of selections. The staff is really helpful. The store is really small compared to the one on 96. Not sure if it's the age of the store or daily upkeep but it always seems dark and floors don't ever really look clean.

  This used to be my one and only, my favorite grocery store and I shopped here for years...however, it has gone downhill drastically....it smells bad, it is dirty, the shelves are not properly stocked, and it has the rudest employees i have ever dealt with... employees taking breaks are usually sitting out front smoking, which is inconsiderate of customers. I just ran in today for a few items and was reminded of the many reasons I usually shop elsewhere! I just don't understand why corporate allows this store to continue to exist under these conditions....gives the "kroger" name a terrible reputation. So sad.

  wide range in standard groceries. could have been more in organic one. staff could have been well mannered.
