- 1 / 5By Mike DavisHorrible customer service and they NEVER have anything you order available so you have to wait. I ordered the 12 piece meal extra crispy and 10 hot wings. The cashier tells me that it will be a 9 minute wait for the wings which is fine. Well that 9 minutes turned into a 30 minute wait and they still were unable to give me what I ordered. Instead the ask me would I mind getting my chicken in original and after waiting so long I agreed only because I was tired of waiting. This place is POORLY managed because they asked the lady in front of me the same thing but she refused to settle for less than what she ordered (good for her). I'll NEVER visit this KFC againJune 13, 2016
